Devin Kassi has more than 20 years of operational experience within the continuum of care, with a dedicated focus on Home Health Services. Over the years, she has successfully overseen operations for Home Health, Hospice, Home Care, Skilled Nursing, and Outpatient departments in a variety of settings, including senior living and general communities. Devin’s skill set encompasses leading home health teams, managing financial operations, and tracking agency revenue cycles, as well as implementing effective operational processes, policies, and procedures.
One of Devin’s core specialties is helping senior living communities expand beyond their walls, bringing the same high-quality care they provide in-house into home health settings. She has worked extensively with communities looking to develop or refine home health services as an extension of their senior care model, ensuring they can successfully navigate the transition, maximize reimbursement, and maintain high standards of patient care.
Known for her expertise in fostering cohesive teams and maintaining high standards of patient care, Devin brings both operational savvy and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of seniors. Outside of her consulting work, Devin enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband. She is an avid sports fan, and you can often find her hiking and participating in other outdoor activities whenever she has the chance.
